Virtual care is a fast, convenient option for non-emergencies like colds, skin rashes, or earaches. Anthem participants can access virtual care through LiveHealth Online or Anthem’s Sydney Health app. Kaiser participants can access virtual care through their online Kaiser account or by calling the number on the back of their medical card. For emergencies, always dial 911.

Anthem's Inclusive Care is a total care support system designed for those who identify with or are allies of the LGBTQ+ community. Get help finding care from providers who understand you. If you’re an Anthem medical plan member, you can access Inclusive Care support through your Anthem online account, Anthem’s Sydney app, or by calling Anthem.

Whether you're planning a pregnancy, expecting, or navigating the newborn stage, IMI has resources to support you. Through Anthem’s Sydney Health app, Anthem participants have access to Building Healthy Families — an intuitive, easy-to-use digital experience that covers pre-pregnancy, maternity and postpartum care, plus parenting support for moms and dads.

Dealing with back pain, knee pain, or other joint and muscle issues? Hinge Health delivers personalized, expert care for joint and muscle health — including pelvic floor therapy — whenever and wherever you need it. Hinge Health is available to all Anthem medical plan participants. It's convenient, private, and completely free.

As an Anthem participant, you have direct access to a registered nurse any time of day or night — including weekends and holidays. If you or a family member is managing a serious injury or illness, including ongoing conditions — like cancer, diabetes, or heart disease — an Anthem nurse case manager can help you navigate your care. Your dedicated case manager can provide personalized guidance, help you understand your treatment options, and connect you with the right resources. It’s available to Anthem participants who have a qualifying condition.
