The EAP is a confidential program that provides you and your family 24/7 access to highly trained professional counselors. You get up to six free face-to-face or video counseling sessions per issue, per year. Your information is always kept confidential. When to reach out

You don’t have to be in crisis to use the EAP. It’s available anytime — for everyday stress, a major life change, or anything in between. Common reasons people reach out include:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Burnout
  • Depression
  • Grief
  • Relationship challenges
  • Parenting challenges
  • Building resilience
