Good dental health is part of good overall health. IMI makes it easy to keep up with your care.
IMI offers two dental plans through Delta Dental of Colorado: Basic Plus and Enhanced with Orthodontia. Both plans work the same way. For most services, you pay a percentage of the cost — known as coinsurance — after you meet the deductible. The plans differ in how much you pay for coverage and the total amount of care the plan will pay in one calendar year. Only the Enhanced plan includes orthodontia coverage for covered dependents.
Both plans cover preventive care at no cost — no deductible, no coinsurance. For basic and major care (such as fillings and crowns), you pay a percentage of the cost after meeting your deductible, up to the plan’s annual maximum. The Enhanced plan covers orthodontia for eligible children up to age 26.
Both plans let you visit any dentist you choose, but you’ll save more when you stay in-network. Delta Dental has one of the largest networks of dentists in the country, so finding a provider near you is easy.
